What material are your premium jersey hijabs made of?
Our hijabs are made from premium jersey fabric (94% polyester, 6% spandex), The fabric is soft, lightweight, breathable and has a natural stretch for all day comfort.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship within the UK and EU only.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Will the hijab colour look exactly the same as shown online?
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
All orders are final once placed and cannot be amended or cancelled. We kindly ask that you review your details carefully before checkout.
How do I care for my hijabs?
Each item comes with detailed care instructions on the tag. Our hijabs are machine washable at 40°C, and air drying is recommended to help maintain the fabric’s stretch and overall quality over time.
